BOOKING RESERVATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. 50% Down Payment to Block-off the event dates. Deposit is
Non-refundable and non-consumable for other dates.
2. Email or Fax Signed contract.
3. Booking will only be confirmed after the acknowledgement
of your deposit/ deposit slip.
4. Full payment upon equipment Delivery/Pickup, before the
event starts
5. Once the Contract was signed, or deposit was made,
Cancellation of Reserved equipment/ quantity of specific
equipment is not allowed. Client must still pay the total
Project Rate even if client wants to reduce the number of
equipment that will be used on the said event date.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
 50% upon booking confirmation.
 Remaining Balance shall be paid on the day of the event
(cash basis only) OR
 Remaining balance can be paid one week before the event.
 For bank deposit, please send a copy of deposit slip once
paid.

PICK UP REQUIREMENTS:
 Full payment for the rental
 Refundable Security Deposit
o For first time clients, security deposit is same as
your total bill (100%).
o For regular clients, security deposit is at 50%.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Client must provide 3x meals and refreshments for the
staff/s during Setup, and During Event, Or P150 per staff
per meal. (for RENTALS WITH SETUP, OUT OF TOWN, SET
RENTALS) For Individual Rentals, no need for crew meals.
2. Putting adhesives on any part of the chairs are
STRICTLY prohibited. Additional P150 per chair if tapes
aren’t removed upon egress/pickup/return of the
chairs
3. Once installed, we cannot move the unit/s from one place to
another. (For styling, rentals that will require us to be there
for ingress-egress)
4. If venue is not on the ground floor without a functional
service elevator, an additional fee of P600 per floor will be
added as an additional labor fee.
5. For PICKUP with refundable security deposit – Kindly inform
us when do you plan to deliver back the items from us
especially if you plan to deliver It back at night or during
weekends since our storage is located inside a village. It is
possible that the security deposit will be returned the next
day through bank transfer of bank deposit if return time and
date is not coordinated properly.
6. Strictly no setup included with the rentals unless an
agreement has been made.
7. Billing will commence on the agreed schedule regardless of
late start of the event
8. There will be a 100% of the total rental cost cancellation
charge for the units that were reserved then cancelled.
9. We cannot allow claims for non-usage due to bad weather
condition, cancellation, standby or back-up use & etc. Full
payment of the contract price is necessary.
10. Any damage, scratch, missing items will be charge
accordingly
11. Our Staff/s will not be held liable for any unforeseen event
beyond our control which prevents us from performing its
obligations under the contract
12. Our Staff/s are not authorized/allowed to operate
equipment that are not owned by our team.
13. Security of the rented equipment & technical personnel is
client's responsibility.
14. The technical staff should be allowed to dismantle the set-up
after the agreed days/hrs of coverage is reached or renting
individual will be charged for extension.
15. Should you request for a meeting or an ocular visit, there will
be P1,000 gasoline and TF charge per meeting , per venue,
(IF MANILA AREA ONLY). Food and refreshments must be
provided.
16. TAX – Please be informed that should you require us to give
an official receipt, an additional 12% of the total shall be
added.

Acknowledgement Receipt between Supplier and Client
