Field Alignment shall be done properly &
checked by maintenance engineer. The

wear is excessive complete shaft shall be
replaced. The fitting of coupling etc. on
shaft is covered on the scope of work

Servicing includes :-
Check all the defective gear box as per the list
by the site in charge if the gearbox is found
defective dismantle the gearbox for
servicing after draining oil inside the
gearbox. Check the gearbox for damages
and replace the parts damaged or worn out
as per the directives of site in charge. After
repair/ servicing of gear box, box up the
same and give successful trial. After
successful trial couple with CRM/ ERM shaft
and give coupled trial.

Work includes:-
Checking of all CRM inner and outer arm for excessive
wear on hammer pin. Worn out arms shall be replaced

proper bolts with tack welding.
