To learn and observe astrology, it is essential to recognize questions. To capture correct

questions. Raise the questions and then seeing the exact meaning of the answer from the
positions of the planets and signs within the context to the question. These same planets
and signs provide different answers for different contexts.

WHAT IS THE QUESTION?

Out of 12 boxes of life, context belongs to which box? Expected answer is connected to
which box?
What are the factors that gives the answer, that will show the interpretation and treatment.
Astrology is the science of seeing.
(Jupiter) gives Seeing. (Mercury) gives expression. (Saturn) makes you Focus over
the context. (Venus) gives Meaning. (Sun) is Remedy. The underlying intention of the
question is (Ketu), which inspires attention (Rahu) to catch (Mars) the answer (Moon). The
interpretation (Venus) is said by (Mercury). If there is no confidence (Mars) to Say (Mercury),
then stating his ‘first box/ lagna’ view ‘third box’ won’t be strong (Mars) enough.
Whichever planet or box is negatively hit, person will have weakness in astrology regarding
point being weakened. There are 21 such points in birth chart; 12 box junctions, and
placements of 9 planets.

12 BOXES OF HOROSCOPE
The questions are eternal. They never change. Forever stays still. One steps aside and other
takes its place, but the questions are always there. The answers are not eternal. Answers
don’t stay the same on the basis of country, time and circumstances.
According to the Samkhya philosophy, the question is of the male/constant, then the
answer is female/nature and is variable. The answer to every question also loses its utility
over time.
The question is, its hot outside, what's the solution? Swinging of the flabellum, cloth fan,
flapping of wet sheets, water sprinklers, electric fans, cooler, AC, centralized air conditioners.
Over time the answer kept changing. The previous answers become obsolete. The variability
is in the answers, the questions stay the same. One who recognizes the question, will be
able to identify the answer. Answers can never be identified directly.
A question is a must.

Especially in astrology, knowing the questions, that too very well, is very critical. The first
question to understand a question is: what is the box for the question? Where are you
speaking from? In other words, the question arises from which context of the life?
Within astrological concept, there are 12 contexts to the life:

Memorize these 12 boxes or 12 contexts. Because every question belongs to a single, two
or three boxes. Question based on a Box:
1. How do you look? How is the nature?
2. How is the money? How is the family?
3. How is the presentation?
4. How is Basic Education? How is the family culture? How is the house? How is standard
of living?
5. What are your liking? How are children?
6. Servants? What are the diseases? How is the service?
7. How is the partner? How is the customer?
8. What is the pain? What is the fear?
9. How will realisation take place? What is the belief system?
10. What is the apex? What is the occupation?
11. What is the fulfillment?
12. How is the spending? What is the weakness? What is the search?

Such should be the practice about questions. Practice to understand that a question
belongs to which box? Learning astrology is like learning a new language. Have patience.
Assimilate this with ease. It takes time, but seeing comes eventually.

LEARN TO RECOGNIZE 9 PLANETS

Now understand, assimilate, and remember the properties of planets in the context of
Samkhya and Yoga. Thereafter, realize that usage of any object, thought, emotion, work
and a person belongs to one of the 9 planets based on its qualities.

For ex. if Mars is in the first box, then the person will be like a man of Force (Police, Army).
He will be fit, alert, and quick action taker. If there is Venus in the first box, then he will be
beautiful looking, eyes will be attractive. He will be connoisseur.
If there is Venus in the second box, wealth will be beautiful and the family members will be
beautiful/attractive, such that everyone wants to have one like that.
If there will be Venus in the third box, the conversation will be beautiful and with good
manner. If there is a Mars, then manner of speaking will be forceful. Shani in the third box
will make conversation slow and with pauses.
If there is Ketu in fourth box, then he will be the holder of the mysterious science (Vastu)
of the box/buildings.

WHAT ARE SIGNS?

A house that has no planets, will have a number assigned from 1 to 12 in the birth chart.
These numbers indicate a sign as given below. The planet next to a sign is its owner.
Memorize the signs, its owner and number. The first sign is Aries and its owner is Mars.
Second sign is Taurus and its owner is Venus…Likewise memorize all of the following:
In the search of answers, mankind looked up to the stars in the sky. As observations
continued, twinkling of millions of these stars that always looked alike, started to look like
special clusters of stars. Some outlines were formed out of these clusters, as if on a large
band, different pictures were attached in a row. As these outlines became clearer, mankind
named them.

Then the band was divided into 12 slices. Each portion containing few clusters were called
zodiac sign, sign, or in other words asset. The names of these 12 zodiacs are also named
after the qualities of its constellations and their figure formation.
This ornate band of all constellations is about 14 degrees wide surrounding the earth is
called the Zodiac. The zodiac of 360 degree is divided into 12 parts, then a slice made up
of 30 degrees is called a Sign.
The quality and the nature of a sign matching a planet, that sign is considered to be owned
by that planet.
