Terms & Condition:

1. Price:
The last column to be considered as Product/Pack size/Unit wise discounted net receivable amount (landed price)
including all TAX & TDS.
2. Delivery:
(a) Materials would be delivered as free of cost to your site subject to vehicle movement facilities within 15
working days upon receiving confirmed purchase order.
(b) Partial material delivery or shipment would be applicable based on material availability/ urgency and
submission of bill would be done accordingly
(c) Material orders once confirmed against valid purchase order or mail (Hard or Soft copy) will not be canceled
or returned.
3. Tax and TDS:
VAT 6.3 will be provided with the material at the time of delivery. Advance Income Tax (AIT) deduction is
applicable as per govt. rules subject to providing Treasury Challan within subsequent month for each
transaction/deduction (if any).

 4. Payment Terms:
Payment(dues) is to be paid in favor of' Asian Paints Bangladesh Limited ‘through A/C payee cheque/ Pay
Order / DD/EFT/RTGS within 15 days of materials received for each or compiled bills/invoices.
VAT 6.3 (Tax Invoice): [See clause (c) and (f) of sub-rule (1) of rule 40].

5. Prerequisite to issue PO:

Please mention our quotation references, payment terms and your delivery address with contact number at
purchase order.
