SSG ELECTION NARRATIVE REPORT

 MCLLNHS is an integrated school that offers complete basic education from JHS to SHS .Pursuant to
DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2014 entitled “Constitution and By –Laws of the Supreme Student Government and
Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) promulgated the guidelines in the organization and election of SSG . The
election of the SSG aim to establish the goal and aspiration, embody the ideals and principles of freedom,
equality, justice and democracy, and promote the welfare of all students.
MCLLNHS conducted the synchronized SSG Election .The SSG election started with the filling of
Candidacy last June 07,2018 .Evaluation of COC took place last June 18,2018..The official list of candidates
for SSG Election of Officers S.Y 2018-2019 was publicly announced to the students. There were two parties
aiming for the position, the “SMART Party list” and “SAYS Party list”
 The Campaign period started June 18-19, 2018.The candidates were given limited time only to have
their campaign. Each party independently planned their campaign strategies and went room-to-room to
introduce their selves and persuade the students to support and vote them.

The synchronize election took place last June 22, 2018. The ballots which were given to the students by SSG
Comelec.The students will shade the name of the candidates he’ll vote. The ballots were placed according to
their year level.
 After class hour, the counting of votes started. There were 92.25% voters who voted and on June 25,
2018, the newly elected SSG Officers were formally announced to the students.

So far SSG Election was successfully conducted where students given the chance to participate and exercise
their right of suffrage.
