This project is part of the school district’s educational program and provides a learning experience of value to
students. The activities associated with this project will be supervised by staff during all events. Please keep in mind
that this is a mandatory school day.

A permission slip is NOT REQUIRED for this event due to the Parental Permission Check List of the Student Handbook: “I give
permission for my child to participate in local Field Trips where the travel is less than 30 miles one way.” If you DO NOT wish
for your child to participate in this day, please return this form to the office.
