III. PROCEDURE
a.) Review
What is the different storing techniques?
b.) Motivation
Show a picture of a desserts
Let the students imagine how a certain desserts made?
Ask students what tools, equipment and utensils needed in preparing desserts.
c.) Lesson Proper
A. ACTIVITIES
Students will match the name of the tools and equipment in column A to its
definition in column B.
B. ANALYSIS
What are the different tools and equipment in preparing desserts?
What are the specific job or functions of each tools in preparing desserts?
C. ABSTRACTION
What are the importance of using tools and equipment in preparing
desserts?
What will happen if the tools and equipment are not available while you
prepare a dessert?
D. APPLICATION
Divide class into two groups each group will choose a leader
Any representative of the group will demonstrate in front of the class the
functions of the tools and equipment given by the teacher.
