III. PROCEDURE
a.) Review
 What is the different storing techniques?
b.) Motivation
 Show a picture of a desserts
 Let the students imagine how a certain desserts made?
 Ask students what tools, equipment and utensils needed in preparing desserts.
c.) Lesson Proper
A. ACTIVITIES
 Students will match the name of the tools and equipment in column A to its
definition in column B.
B. ANALYSIS
 What are the different tools and equipment in preparing desserts?
 What are the specific job or functions of each tools in preparing desserts?
C. ABSTRACTION
 What are the importance of using tools and equipment in preparing
desserts?
 What will happen if the tools and equipment are not available while you
prepare a dessert?
D. APPLICATION
 Divide class into two groups each group will choose a leader
 Any representative of the group will demonstrate in front of the class the
functions of the tools and equipment given by the teacher.
