Nurse: What time it was started to feel pain sir?

Mr.Simod/ Client: Early in the Morning maam.

Nurse: Do you take any medications sir?

Mr.Simod/ Client: No maam. I’m just rubbing efficascent maam.

Nurse: Would you describe the soreness or hurting as more like an ache,
sharp or shooting sir?

Mr.Simod/ Client: It’s like a shooting maam.

Nurse: Is it worse when you sit or move sir?

Mr.Simod/Client: When I sit and move maam.

Nurse: Thank you sir.

Nurse: I’ll review all your data sir. You scale your pain at 7 and located at
the right iliac region.

Mr. Simod/Client: okay maam. Then?

Nurse: I think sir you have a appendicitis where it is a a serious medical

condition in which the appendix becomes inflamed and painful. But the
most important you can do sir is to go to a Gastroenterologist so that we
can make sure it is appendicitis or not.

Mr.Simod/Client: Ahh okay maam.

Nurse: Yes sir. It’s very helpful to go to a Gastroenterologist because you
will undergo a Physical exam, Blood test, Urine test and Imaging test.
