Detailed Technical report:

Date: 01/10/2019

Issue: Around 15 Cassette type AC units in the SBC facility; Comprising of the units in NH-1 Housing; NH-2 Offices and OASIS center in Equipment out of order
list. This due to non-availability of the spare PCB of the kind for Mnfr: Samsung with the drain pump in the local market. As a remedy to this long pending issue
the existing units (Mnfr : Samsung ) were replaced with Zamil Air conditioner Cassette type units ( 2 tons).

Action taken: Installation of the Cassette unit 2 ton (Mnfr: Zamil Air conditioners) as a remediation to faulty corridor units at Building NH-1; NH-2 and Oasis
Centre.

The spare fan motor residual to the one unit failed because of PCB was utilized to clear the work orders as depicted in the above table line items 11
12 13 14 and 15.

Thus, unit cost of Cassette unit: 4500 SAR.

Total cost saved: 4500* 5 = 22500 SAR.
