We are very pleased to present a collection of some of our most requested quintets, including
a wide variety of distinct musical styles, from Baroque to Dixieland. For this collection each
piece has been skillfully arranged so that it retains the Canadian Brass flavor, but has been
made accessible to players at many levels of experience and abitity. In addition to the music,
we have included a brief historical note about each selection, as well as discussion of specific
technicalpoints thatwill improveyour ensembleplaying. We sincerely hope thatyouwill enjoy
playing these wonderful pieces as much as we haye over the years.
