The services offered, but not limited to, are Guest notification, Staff attendance, Vehicle
Tracker & Residents’ Directory.
Total duration of the agreement has been agreed as 14 months starting from the Date of
Execution. Total devices agreed by the CUSTOMER are 2 . Post which quarterly advance of as
per the plan selected will be payable every 3 months (Pay and use).
First 2 month will be free subscription from the Date of Execution, post which the committee
can choose among the following plans-
● HOOD will have the responsibility to replace the Device in case of any
manufacturing defect in the first year of service.
● In case of Device breakdown, HOOD will replace the old Device with another one at
the
● earliest from the time of reporting an issue.
● HOOD is responsible to rectify any software problem at the earliest from the time of
reporting an issue.
● HOOD will not charge any extra cost for any new feature (including ERP),rolled out in
the future
● HOOD is responsible for the training of all the security staff and the manager/admin/
facility manager of the society during deployment. Further if there is any change
within the security staff, the society manager has to train them.

2. CUSTOMER’S Responsibility
● HOOD will provide all help CUSTOMER needs in smooth on-boarding of residents on the
system. CUSTOMER is expected to provide data in the format provided by HOOD
● CUSTOMER agrees to keep the Devices and SIM cards in safe custody and in case of any loss
HOOD should be informed immediately
● The responsibility of the maintenance and custody of the Devices and SIM cards lie with the
CUSTOMER, once they are handed over by HOOD to the CUSTOMER
● CUSTOMER shall not share the details of the agreement with any third party, under any
circumstances.
● HOOD will solicit CUSTOMERs support in case of any infringement
User ID and password for the Society Account would be generated for the CUSTOMER post registration
and the details should be kept confidential by the CUSTOMER.
4. Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. None of the information shared with HOOD by the
CUSTOMER will be sold / shared to any third party.
● The ownership of all the mobile devices and the biometric devices lies with the customer
and in future HOOD will not charge any extra cost in terms of rentals or feature license.
● All the SIM cards shall be returned to HOOD at the termination or expiry of the agreement.
● In case of loss /theft of the SIM cards, CUSTOMER will bear the replacement cost.
● CUSTOMER is liable to be responsible for any commission of illegal activity via the SIM card
provided by HOOD
5. Agreement Auto-Renewal
The agreement will be renewed automatically on the date of expiry until and unless the CUSTOMER
choose otherwise.
This agreement can be reviewed by either party at any time during the duration of the agreement.
Either party can terminate the agreement by giving 30 days written notice to the other party.
All the work of HOOD is protected under Indian Intellectual Property Right laws. The application should
not be used for any other purpose (such as reverse engineering, advertisement, promotion, etc), unless
authorized by HOOD.
8. Limited Liability
In case of breach of agreement by either party, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value
of this agreement.
9. Jurisdiction and law
Any dispute arising out of agreement shall be dealt in accordance to the laws of India. This process will
be facilitated by mutually agreed arbitrator.
