Organization delivering regulated BOSH, COSH, SPA, LCM and Training of Trainers (TOT) programs.
Our Subject Matter Experts are practicing OSH Leaders who have successfully positioned OSH within

In support to the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) thrust to increase the number of
competent and qualified occupational safety and health (OSH) officers and advocates, the COSHEMAP
Academy of Safety and Technology, a DOLE accredited Safety and Health Training Organization with
accreditation no. 1030-092118-0059, wishes to inform you to its public offering of the 40 Hour DOLE-
Prescribed BASIC OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH (BOSH) Course on February 4, 6, 7,
8, 9, 2019 which will be held at Unit 203-205, Taft Office Center, 1986 Taft Avenue corner P.
Samonte Street, Pasay City.

The above course is a mandatory training in order to be appointed as company’s SAFETY OFFICER 2
(SO2) and in compliance with the requirements under Republic Act 11058 “AN ACT
STRENGTHENING COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
STANDARDS” through Department Order No. 198-18 as its Implementing Rules and Regulations. In
addition, the Bureau-prescribed course should be conducted by the DOLE-OSHC Accredited
Occupational Safety and Health training Organization.

Moreover, this course contains topics that enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants on the
basic concept and principles of OSH and intensifies awareness among the different institutions that
promote and regulate OSH particularly on the different controls and preventions of injuries/diseases in
the workplaces. It will also enable them to plan and develop a Safety and Health Program tailored to their
needs to enhance and sustain productivity and competitiveness.

Invited participants are safety and health officers, committee members, HR Managers, facility
engineers/supervisors, company owners/managers, and individuals with relevant fields of undertakings
from private companies and government institutions, the academe, and health care service enterprises.
This is a 5-day live out training and a registration fee of Php 5,500.00 per participant shall be charged to
defray meals, snacks, training kits/materials and other operational expenses.
