At the outset the APD 2 welcomed all the members attended in the meeting and requested the respective speakers to raise and discuss various issues for discussion in the
meeting. The meeting was attended by APD 2, APD 3, PM 3, PM4, PM5, PM7, DTL, Lead Sr. Pavement Engineer, Sr. Structural Engineers, Lead Highway Engineer. The
following points were then discussed in the meeting as given below.
