In its marketing, Allisa chose to promote on WhatsApp, Instagram, Line and Facebook. Because

their promotion through social media. The customers are also mostly college friends and relatives.
In addition, customers from various regions saw the promotion made by Allisa through social
media and they usually contacted directly to place an order.

In dealing with different characters of each customer, Allisa remains patient and friendly,
never once being cold or angry with her customers. Because Allisa considers that all of them are
spices in an online shop business. And to face its competitors who are also in the custom softcase
business, Allisa gives discounts to its customers, good service, and continuous promotions without
stopping on social media or directly. Allisa is never down and always eager to run her business
because she always gets support from the people closest to her.

The obstacle that Allisa has experienced is the division of time. Difficult distribution of
time for Allisa when she was in college and to sell. Allisa has the hassle of replying or responding
to customers who place orders. However, Allisa still spends time on the sidelines of her busy
schedule to repay one by one the orders of her customers. So that sales continue to run smoothly.
Allisa is a student who is smart in her campus, even though she goes to college while selling, she
still gets good grades. And according to him, it was not a barrier to learning for him, it was a
challenge he had to go through. Because besides getting knowledge, he can get money from the
