Things to think about

1. What are the existing recruitment policies and guidelines?

MGR inclines to use existing resources to minimize the workforce cost. It retain its employees to have
highly qualified talent pool. Any new position and subcontractor requires the project assignment
verification and available budget to support that position. After that all the relevant approvals includes;
project manager, branch chief, of the vice president of the Training Solutions Division, the vice president
of Contracts, the chief operating officer, the chief financial officer and the vice president of Human
Resources.

2. What challenges do they cause and what will you do to meet them?

As far as existing resource being talented, we need some of new resource to manage the work load.
MRG has very cumbersome requirements to hire new full-time resource which create delays and
backlogs. Keeping in mind the budget I will go for hiring term hires for this project to complete the initial
development phase of the project.

3. What are your proposed results?

MRG HPI could hire other needed talent using a variety of proven techniques. MRG HPI recruited some
of the best-qualified fresh individuals to fill the highly specialized positions to introduce new
technologies. Because of tight timelines, some of the first phase tasks occurred simultaneously. The
timelines also made it necessary to start the analysis for the second course during the first phase. By
taking these steps we can manage our budget cost and complete the project on time

1. What are some of the positions you may need to recruit? Why?

To complete this project we need some specialized help which includes:

 The video producer and videographer responsible for capturing and editing raw audio and video
for digitized video training and educational product.
 The technical writers produced transcripts, brochures, train-the-trainer materials, instructor
guides and student manuals.
 The graphic artists produced graphics and animation sequences for the courses, and developed
brochures and web site materials.
