AFFIDAVIT OF SELF- ADJUDICATION

I, KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV, of legal age, Filipino, respectively, and presently residing

at Blk 23, Lot 69, Oakwood Village, Maa, Davao City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. I am the sole heir of the late FATIMA NURMAGOMEDOV, being her only biological
son;

2. The late FATIMA NURMAGOMEDOV passed away on January 10, 2020, and died
without any last will and testament;

3. At the time of death my mother, she had no debts, liabilities or obligations to any persons,
agency or institution;

4. The only property left by my late mother is a house and lot, more particularly described as
follow:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 23 of the Pcs-222141, being a portion of the

consolidation of Lots 43 and 42, Psu-4040127 Amd., LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. M-
3124412), situated in Barangay Buhangin, City of Davao, Davao del Sur, Island of
Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 4, by Lot 45; on the S., points 6 to 1 by
Lot 47; on the SW., points 1 to 2, by Lot 41; and on the N., points 2 to 3 by Lot 44,
all of the consolidation-subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "2" on plan,
being N. 51 deg. 36' E., 4411.76 m. from B.L.L.M. No.1, Buhangin, Davao City

5. As sole heir of the herein decedent, I hereby adjudicate the abovementioned property solely
for and in my name as well as any and all liabilities arising from the said property;

6. I hereby execute this affidavit for the purpose of processing the transfer of the said property
in my name, the settlement of the estate of the late FATIMA NURMAGOMEDOV, as
well as for the release of any other claim or benefit in relation to her death before any
government/private office and banking institution and for any other legal purpose this may
best serve.

 DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF CREDIT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Assignment made and executed in the City of Davao, Philippines, by and
between:

LeBRON R. JAMES of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal
address at 23 Basketball St, San Juan Subd, Davao City hereinafter called the ASSIGNOR

- and -

KOBE B, BRYANT, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal
address at 42 Bakers St, Heaven Homes, Toril, Davao City, hereinafter called the
ASSIGNEE

- witnesseth that -

For and in consideration of the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PEOS
ONLY (P750,000.00), Philippine Currency, the receipt of said amount is hereby acknowledged,
the ASSIGNOR do hereby ASSIGN, CONVEY and TRANSFER unto the ASSIGNEE her
receivables with DOLITTLE, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine
law, with business address at 2nd Floor, Power Tower, Torres St, Davao City, described as follows:

The ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment.
