Strengths (Internal Factors)


 Most of the teachers are matured teachers
 Most of the teachers are FLEXIBLE who can easily adapt in every situation
which may occur inside and outside of the classroom
 Most of the teachers are OBEDIENT to follow orders and requests
 Most of the teachers can easily resolve conflict inside and outside the
classroom

Weaknesses (Internal Factors)


 Some teachers are non-major
 Tardiness of the teachers in attending first period in the afternoon
 There were few teachers who have hard time meeting deadline in submitting
reports
 Insufficient knowledge in ICT
 There were teachers who has insufficient expertise in classroom management

Opportunities (External Factors)


 Most of the teachers got promotions
 There were teachers who were promoted to other schools school and there
are teachers who have the ability and qualified for promotion in the
 Most of the teachers can easily motivate stakeholders and linkages
 There are teachers who are over qualified to be speaker in trainings and
seminars. There are teachers who graduated their masterals.

Threats (Internal Factors)


 Teachers' attending family needs
 There are teachers who are easily attracted to loans
 Nearby school who has best teachers
 There are teachers who are residing far from the school who have met conflict
in their travel time distance from work.
