Title/Name of the Program : Hawak Kamay

Program/Project Site : Lala National High School specifically the special

sections of grade 7.

Effectivity : The Hawak Kamay team members will guide,teach and

inspire those students who belong to the special sections
of Lala-NHS by teaching them free every 3:45-4:45 PM
about their subjects and moral lessons.

Beneficiaries : Grade 7 students of Lala-NHS who belong to the special

sections.

I. RATIONALE

The vision and Mission of the Department of Education has been to produce, "Filipinos
who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies enable them to realize
their full potential and contribute meaningful to building the nation"."To protect and promote the
right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education". Our
school is likewise attuned to this standard of developing learners who are contributors for nation
building. Hence, it is for this reason that Grade 12-HumSS selected students propose to conduct
Hawak Kamay Program at Lala-NHS,Maranding,Lala,Lanao del Norte.This Hawak Kamay
Program is an avenue for the students of Grade 7 special sections to develop and enhance their
social,mental,spiritual,and emotional skills necessary for them to become effective and
responsible members of the society,thus contributing to building the nation.

II. OBJECTIVES

Specificall the objectives of this outreach program are the following:

1. To support the teachers of the beneficiaries through giving a free tutorial to them.

2. To inspire the beneficiaries in continuing and doing their best for their education.
 3. To give moral lessons helpful for the students to become a better person.

4. To develop among grade 7 students who belong to the special sections strong and
engaged human relationships.

5. To enhance social and emotional skills of our students.

6. To teach them the importance of values like empathy, sympathy,self- reliance,and

confidence.

III. BUDGET AND SOURCE OF FUND

The members of this Hawak Kamay Program will be helped by the Lala-NHS teachers
regarding to the financial problem.

IV. BENEFICIARIES AND PARTICIPANTS

The beneficiaries of this Hawak Kamay Program are the students from the grade 7 special
sections of Lala-NHS.This learners has a low thinking capacity,hence,this Hawak Kamay
Program would be a great help for them.
