VERBAL ANALOGY
🔹Single-Word Analogy
ICE : FREEZING :: DEW : _
a. Drying
b. Vaporizing
c. Heating
d. Condensing

The answer is d. Condensing. Make their connection clear by reading it as...

ICE "is a product of" FREEZING while DEW "is a product of" CONDENSING.
🔹Double-Word Analogy
BIRDS : CHIRP :: :
a. CATTLE : RUMINATE
b. RATS : GNAW
c. SHEEP : BLEAT
d. HORSES : GALLOP

The answer is c. SHEEP : BLEAT. Same relationship, it is the sound they

make.

TIP:
1. Determine the specific relatonship between the given pair++
of words. Be as accurate as you can be when defining their connection.

2. Look for the word or pair of words that follow the same relationship and the
"same order". The first word must correspond to the third word and the
second word must correspond to the fourth word.
