Scope of Work ❖ ​Formulation of syllabi, course curriculum training methodology etc.
and​ ​Methodology ❖ Publicity & Selection of trainees in collaboration with MSME-TDC (PPDC),
Agra.
❖ Organizing Entrepreneurs Skill Development Training via Digital/ Virtual
platform within the time duration as specified / required by the
MSME-TDC (PPDC), Agra.
❖ Conducting examine and issue of certificates.
❖ ​Monitoring and post training follow up of the successful trainees with a
feedback.

Support​ ​System MSME-Technology Development Centre (PPDC), Agra will coordinate all activities
with approved institutions and also support in publicity, mobilizing candidates,
selection process, monitoring of training, conducting exam and issue of
certificate.

Eligibility​ ​Criteria

1. Applicant shall be an agency/firm registered under Society Act/

Educational Institute/ Technical Institute/ University (including deemed)/ NGOs
accredited with the Government.
2. The Agency/Applicant should have experience in this field.
3. The applicant should have PAN& GST number if applicable.
4. The applicant should have qualified manpower strength with expertise in
this field.
5. Applicants should have never been blacklisted/debarred to participate for
bidding during last five financial years by any state/Central govt. or state/Central
PSU due to unsatisfactory performance, breach of general or specific instructions,
and self-declaration in this respect.
6. The Office of MSME-TDC (PPDC), Agra reserves the right to carry out the
capability assessment of the organization and the decision shall be final in this
regard.

Selection​ ​process For identification, short listing and selection of Institution/Agency and organizing
the training programme.

The selection Committee constituted by The Chairman and AS & DC, Ministry of
MSME will examine all the Expression of Interest and approve. PD, PPDC Agra is
member secretary of the committee. The decision of the committee shall be final
and binding on all the institutions/agency.
