Key changes to Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) 2020 came into effect on January 1,
2020. A full understanding of the new globally accepted contractual standard trading terms will
shield traders from costly disputes and misunderstandings in sales contracts. On top of explaining
each Incoterm, the half-day seminar will feature a track on sample computation for every Incoterm.
