La residenza sorge nel comprensorio dei Trulli accolti nella Valle d’Itria. Questa splendida tipologia
architettonica per la sua unicità nel mondo è stata classificata dall’UNESCO patrimonio storico
dell’umanità come manifesto della “cultura della pietra”.
Agritrulli si trova in collina ed è circondato a breve distanza da Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino e
Martina Franca, mete di pittoresche e affascinanti escursioni
Il cristallino mare della Puglia è raggiungibile con una strada panoramica in pochi minuti (Mar
Adriatico) come anche le splendide spiagge del Mar Ionio (Gallipoli).

Agritrulli è costituito da diverse abitazioni “a trulli” in pietra completamente ristrutturate, per un

totale massimo di 25 posti letto in unità indipendenti ed accoglienti.
I proprietari sono presenti nella struttura ed assicurano ai propri ospiti un’assistenza nel rispetto
della privacy e della tranquillità del luogo.

Le abitazioni dispongono di cucina autonoma e vengono fornite complete di arredi e corredi in stile
“country”.
A disposizione campo da bocce, ping-pong, amache, lavatrice, forno a legna, frutta e ortaggi. Area
recintata e alberata per custodia dei cani.
Siamo aperti tutto l’anno, la struttura è predisposta per portatori di handicap. A richiesta servizio di
ristorazione. Sommelier in sede per la guida ai vini locali.
Scoprire l’esclusivo piacere di “vivere in un trullo” è una sensazione unica. Vi aspettiamo.

Les Logis Agritrulli se trouvent dans la région des Trulli classée par l’UNESCO dans le patrimoine
historique pour ses caractéristiques culturelles et architecturales: “la culture de la pierres”

Les villes de Alberobello, Martina Franca et d’Ostuni sont tout près et de notre terrasse , en
profitant de la brise fraîche des collines , on peut admirer la vue que l’on a du charmant village de
Cisternino. Agritrulli est à environ 15 km de Torre Canne, une ville balnéaire de la mer Adriatique.

Agritrulli est composé de divers bâtiments indépendants et sont complètement entourés de

végétation, d’oliviers centenaires Les trulli ont été construits au XVIII siècle et totalement rénovés
en l’an 2000.
Agritrulli est composé de trulli variés avec un total de 25 lits dans des unités indépendantes. Les
propriétaires vivent dans l’un des Trulli, dans le seul but de fournir à leurs hôtes toute l’assistance
dont ils auraient besoin, respectant à tout moment l’intimité de leurs hôtes et la tranquillité du site.

Les habitations sont construites en pierres sèches, avec salle de bain et une cuisine,
complètement meublées avec la cheminée dans le salon.
Egalement disponible pour les hôtes : terrain de boules sur gazon, tennis de table, hamacs pour la
sieste, une zone pour les chiens, l’utilisation d’une machine à laver, un four à bois. Les hôtes sont
aussi invités à manger les fruits de notre arbres et à goûter notre roquette sauvage !…

Nous sommes ouverts toute l’année et pouvons accueillir les personnes handicapées. Le séjour
est au minimum de 7 nuits.
Nous sommes plus qu’heureux de donner des informations locales et des conseils sur les
meilleurs monuments à visiter, les plages , les manifestations courantes et les restaurants locaux
pour dîner.

The residence Agritrulli is placed in the unique area of TRULLI defined by UNESECO as world
historic patrimony for its cultural and architectural features.

Agritrulli occupies approximately 20,000m2 of fully enclosed and protected land and is situated in a
panoramic position near the touristic and charming villages of Alberobello, martina Franca, Ostuni
(white town) and Cisternino.
Adriatic Sea is approximately 15km from us (Torre Canne village), and ionic sea is not more than
40 minutes by car (wonderful beaches).

Agritrulli is owned by a family who run it as a hobby and for their passion of rural living and wine
tasting, all four members of the family are wine tester. The trulli themselves were built around XVIII
century and were being totally restructured in year 2000. Agritrulli has a total of 25 beds in various
independent units. The owners live in one of the trulli, with the sole aim of giving their guests any
assistance they may need, respecting at all times the guest’s privacy and the tranquillity of the
location.

Trulli are structures built up in dry stone, composed of 2-3 rooms with a bathroom and kitchen.
They are totally furnished with the fireplace in the living room.
The structures all have the following amenities: television, fridge, kitchen, bathroom and heating.

Also available at the guest’s disposition are a bowling green; table tennis; hammocks for a siesta in
the tranquil oak woodland area; a safe, sheltered area for dogs; use of washing machine;
communal wood-fired oven for homemade pizza and bread. Guests are also invited to eat the fruit
from our almond and Indian fig trees..

To discover the pleasure of real living in a trulli is a sensation that gives one an ultimate sense of
peace and serenity.

We are open all year and we are ready hosting disabled people. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
