FULMER HELMET CARE GUIDE
Only use approved methods to clean the helmet. Using other unapproved
chemicals or methods may damage the helmet shell or lining. A damaged
helmet may increase your risk of serious injury or death in an accident.
SHELL CLEANING
Gloss Finish: For best results clean your helmet with products designed for automotive cleaning
and polishing. Our helmets are finished with automotive type base coat/clear coat finish. Rubbing
compounds can be used for deep cleaning to remove many scratches and scuffs. Follow the product’s
instructions diligently. Over polishing with rubbing compounds can cause light abrasions which may
dull the finish of your helmet. Use alcohol swabs to remove any adhesive residue. Wipe away excess
liquid and clean the area with mild soap and water once the adhesive residue is removed. Do not
use excessive pressure while attempting to remove the adhesive residue, instead use multiple light
treatments as needed.
Non-Glossy Finish: For our flat finish (non-glossy) helmets, use warm water and mild soap. Use multiple
treatments for heavier dirt. Do not use excessive pressure or rubbing compounds while cleaning the
surface as there is the chance to ruin the flat finish appearance.
SHIELD CARE & CLEANING

Cleaning: Fulmer does not recommend cleaning any shield with spray-on type chemical cleaners. A
reaction between shield and cleaning chemical is possible. Fulmer recommends washing the shield with
warm water and soft cloth only. Do not let debris sit on the shield for any extended period of time. If
debris has accumulated over time, it is recommended to clean the shield in several treatments. This
allows the debris to break down with every washing. Excessive rubbing can lead to scratching as the
hard debris can act as a scuffing agent.
Rain-X® & Other Products: Applying Rain-X® or other water dispersing type chemicals work well on our
shields (except mirrored shields) if applied on new shields and if the chemical companies directions are
followed diligently. Always use extremely soft and clean cloths for applications.
Fulmer anti-fog treated shields: Fulmer’s anti-fog treated shields are anti-fog coated on the inside and
have a hard coated outside. When first using the anti-fog, you must activate the anti-fog by breathing
directly onto the shields inner surface. The shield will partially fog, once the fog clears it is activated.
All anti-fog coatings are a chemical treatment and will wear off in time.
Mirror shields: Mirror shields are extremely sensitive to handling. The treatment can be rubbed off if
excessive pressure is applied while cleaning and the use of cleaners is guaranteed to destroy the mirror
finish, thus voiding warranty. For cleaning, we recommend washing the shield with warm water and a
soft cloth.
INTERIOR CARE
Although we recommend changing a helmet every 3 to 5 years, the accumulation of sweat,
humidity, and dirt can deteriorate the fabric and stitching and this may cause odor and decay. To
wash Fulmer removable interiors, we recommend hand or gentle machine washing using mild
detergent and air drying.

CASTLE HELMET CARE GUIDE
Only use approved methods to clean the helmet. Using other unapproved
chemicals or methods may damage the helmet shell or lining. A damaged
helmet may increase your risk of serious injury or death in an accident.
SHELL CLEANING
Gloss Finish: For best results clean your helmet with products designed for automotive cleaning
and polishing. Our helmets are finished with automotive type base coat/clear coat finish. Rubbing
compounds can be used for deep cleaning to remove many scratches and scuffs. Follow the product’s
instructions diligently. Over polishing with rubbing compounds can cause light abrasions which may
dull the finish of your helmet. Use alcohol swabs to remove any adhesive residue. Wipe away excess
liquid and clean the area with mild soap and water once the adhesive residue is removed. Do not
use excessive pressure while attempting to remove the adhesive residue, instead use multiple light
treatments as needed.
Non-Glossy Finish: For our flat finish (non-glossy) helmets, use warm water and mild soap. Use multiple
treatments for heavier dirt. Do not use excessive pressure or rubbing compounds while cleaning the
surface as there is the chance to ruin the flat finish appearance.
SHIELD CARE & CLEANING

Cleaning: Castle does not recommend cleaning any shield with spray-on type chemical cleaners. A
reaction between shield and cleaning chemical is possible. Castle recommends washing the shield with
warm water and soft cloth only. Do not let debris sit on the shield for any extended period of time. If
debris has accumulated over time, it is recommended to clean the shield in several treatments. This
allows the debris to break down with every washing. Excessive rubbing can lead to scratching as the
hard debris can act as a scuffing agent.
Rain-X® & Other Products: Applying Rain-X® or other water dispersing type chemicals work well on our
shields (except mirrored shields) if applied on new shields and if the chemical companies directions are
followed diligently. Always use extremely soft and clean cloths for applications.
Castle anti-fog treated shields: Castle’s anti-fog treated shields are anti-fog coated on the inside and
have a hard coated outside. When first using the anti-fog, you must activate the anti-fog by breathing
directly onto the shields inner surface. The shield will partially fog, once the fog clears it is activated.
All anti-fog coatings are a chemical treatment and will wear off in time.
Mirror shields: Mirror shields are extremely sensitive to handling. The treatment can be rubbed off if
excessive pressure is applied while cleaning and the use of cleaners is guaranteed to destroy the mirror
finish, thus voiding warranty. For cleaning, we recommend washing the shield with warm water and a
soft cloth.
INTERIOR CARE
Although we recommend changing a helmet every 3 to 5 years, the accumulation of sweat,
humidity, and dirt can deteriorate the fabric and stitching and this may cause odor and decay.
To wash Castle removable interiors, we recommend hand or gentle machine washing using mild
detergent and air drying.

HELMET WARRANTY
FULMER HELMET TWO YEAR WARRANTY
Fulmer Powersports warrants to the original purchaser of each new Fulmer helmet that the helmet when
new is free of defects in materials and workmanship.
COVERAGE: In the event of a valid claim under this warranty, Fulmer Powersports may, at its
election, repair or replace the helmet. Fulmer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the
original purchase price of the helmet.
DISCLAIMER: Upon purchase, any claim of defect must be made within 30 days of purchase, or
within 7 days for a fitment issue. Fulmer Powersports expressly disclaims any liability for incidental or
consequential damages.
PROCEDURE: To make a claim under this limited warranty, the helmet must be returned to Castle Sales
with original proof of purchase at the original purchaser’s expense.
The return shall include a written description of the claimed defect. In the event of any modification to
the helmet, this warranty is void, and the party making the claim shall be deemed to have waived any
warranty claim against Fulmer Powersports. Modification shall include removal of the component of the
helmet or painting or placing stickers on the helmet.

CASTLE APPAREL ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All Castle products with an attached Warranty/Registration hang tag are covered by the following product
warranty for one year from date of purchase:
Castle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship
for one year. If this product fails within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or
replace it upon our inspection. This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper
care, accidents or normal wear and tear. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modifications,
change or alterations has been made to the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the
remainder of the original warranty only. Please retain the following information with proof of purchase;
product name, date purchased, and dealership name (where product was purchased).
The following items are NOT covered by the Castle One Year Warranty:
• Minus 33 Layering
• T-Shirts & Sweatshirts
• Baseball Hats and Beanies
CASTLE HELMET TWO YEAR WARRANTY

Castle hereby extends a limited warranty to the purchaser of Castle helmets that the helmet is free of
defects in materials & workmanship.
COVERAGE: This warranty is applicable for manufacturer’s defect only and is good for two years from
the date of purchase. It does not apply to any problems arising out of wearer’s misuse, negligence,
modifications, accident, etc.
DISCLAIMER: Any warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty are hereby expressly disclaimed.
In addition, Castle shall not be liable for any consequential damages.
PROCEDURE: In order to receive warranty, please take the helmet, along with receipt of purchase showing
the date purchased, a brief written explanation describing the problem, purchaser’s name and phone
number to an authorized Castle dealer.
CASTLE RETURN PROCEDURE

All valid items in need of warranty repair, etc., must be returned to the dealership where it was purchased.
Castle will not accept returns directly from the consumer. The following must be provided to the dealership
for its return to Castle for repair:
• Product must be cleaned before returning. Unwashed products will be returned without being repaired.
• Defective product with an explanation of problem.
• Original Receipt of purchase.
The Dealership must then contact Castle Sales Co., Inc. at 1-800-242-8100 for return authorization information
and instructions.

HOW TO MEASURE
CHEST/BUST
For the most accurate sizing, have someone else take your measurements making sure the measuring tape is
ENGTH

snug but not tight against your body. Measure over light/minimal clothing.
ARM L
Our sizing charts should be used as a general guide for determining your size. Variations in body shape as
HIP well as cut and style of the product should be considered when choosing a size.
CHEST/BUST: Measure the fullest part of your chest/bust, under your arms.
HIP: Stand with heels together, & measure around your body at the fullest part of your hips/seat.
ARM LENGTH: M
easure from center back at base of your neck, along shoulder and down arm to wrist with
INSEAM a slightly bent elbow.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waist (the smallest part of your waist) keeping the tape loose.
INSEAM: Using a pair of pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of your leg.
GLOVE SIZE: Measure circumference around your dominant palm at the widest point.

Minimum Order: We have no minimum order. A $3.00 service charge is added to orders less than $50.00.
Terms: Our terms are C.O.D., Credit Card or Net10th of the month. We do not pay C.O.D. fees. By accepting any order from Castle
Sales Co., Inc. you are acknowledging that your company is entering into a business transaction under Wisconsin State
Law at Green Bay, WI.
NSF Checks: A $25.00 service charge is applied to any returned check.

Freight: We pay freight on orders over $595.00. Orders less than $595.00 will be shipped FOB Green Bay, WI via the most
economical carrier. Freight will not be paid on past due accounts.
Closeout Items: • Free Freight or up to 6% freight allowance on $595 or more of shippable closeout items.
• Closeout items will be invoiced and shipped separately from non-sale items.
• Closeout items may not be returned. Sale prices do not apply to prior purchases
• A 3% service fee is added to credit card orders.
Refused Shipments: A $25.00 service charge plus freight is applied to any refused shipment.
Delivery: Every effort is made to ship all orders complete within 24 hours.
Unless you indicate NO BACKORDERS, items temporarily out of stock will be shipped automatically. Backorders over 15
days old will be reconfirmed by phone before we ship. Backorders under $25.00 will be canceled.
Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer when order is accepted by carrier. Damage or shortage claims should be made
by customer directly to carrier.
Returns: • Closeout merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
• All invoice or shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
• If the error is ours, replacement or credit will be issued. Castle Sales does not issue call tags, but will reimburse freight charges.
• Merchandise returns are not permitted without prior approval and require an RA number furnished only by contacting our Customer
Service Department. RA numbers are to identify shipments and do not assure that credit will be issued or an exchange will be made.
• Non-defective merchandise returned within 10 days of receipt will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, plus freight.
• Non-defective merchandise returned 10-30 days of receipt will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, plus freight.
• No returns accepted after 30 days.
• A ll returns must have an RA number and also be accompanied with the original invoice number and in original packaging
suitable for resale.
Warranty:
Castle Sales Co., Inc. grants no warranties whatsoever, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including without
limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s sole remedy is
specifically limited to the warranties, if any, granted by the manufacturer of the product. The foregoing is customer’s
exclusive remedy for breach of warranty. In no event shall, Castle Sales Co., Inc. be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages as a result of defects in material or workmanship in the products it sells.
