Key Responsibilities.

 Involved in doing RF Planning and RF Feasibility for all Major WIMAX, RADWIN,
 CAMBIUM & IOT (M2M), WAN AGGAREGATOR BTS.

 Post Installation and commissioning procedures.

 Hands-on experience in installation & configuration of CAMBIUM & RADWIM UBR PMP
wireless connectivity
 Involved in the Rollout of Motorola – cambium450m wireless equipment installation &
commissioning as well as customer management.

 Customer link migration and end to end commissioning.

 Knowledge of Network design comprising of IP Routers and L2/L3 switching equipment in

integration with WIMAX.

 Coordinating with different vendors to get the E1 configured for WIMAX, RADWIN PMP &
CAMBIUM PMP services.

 Providing Internet connectivity to the Customers through WIMAX, RADWIN or CAMBIUM

via RF link.

 Hands-on experience in installation & configuration of Radwin P2P (1000 & 2000 series) &
RADWIN UBR PMP (5000 series) wireless connectivity.

 Selection of best BTS/cell site from the multiple candidate sites available after site survey &
site engineering, tracking changes in the network and conducting related surveys etc.

 Monitoring the site preparation activities, provisioning of Resource & logistics, installation of
electronics and electrical connectivity with Backhaul

 Handling Optimization activity for wireless Base stations in coordination with RF Team.

 Assembling, Installing and configuring of all the systems and other hardware.

 Diagnosing and Troubleshooting all the Hardware and Software Problems.

 IOT (M2M) Base Stations Installation and commissioning.

 IOT Gateway Configuration and commissioning.

 IOT AT Sheet Preparation for Site RFS.

 Coordinating with SI Vendor for doing IOT RF Feasibility Survey.

 Monitoring IOT Base stations on the NST Server.

 Coordinating with IOT RF Team for troubleshooting Gateways.

 Inventory tracking and management for all projects handled.
