a. What is your innovation?


Embrasse is a clothing line that will manufacture high quality plus sized clothes for
both men and women in plus size. There is an absence of trends when it comes to plus size
brands in the fashion market. Everyone should have the option to be himself or herself but
with limited offers they are forced to buy what is available rather than what is desired.
Embrasse will have more options of style, patterns, designs, and materials. It will produce
apparels such as shirts, sweaters, jeans, tank tops, crop tops, swimwear, etc. Embrasse
believes that this is the era of body positivity and empowering each and everyone to accept
and love their bodies.
b. What does the market need or want?
The market needs clothes that will make people comfortable and proud of their
bodies. People in plus size sometimes gets frustrated when they shop for clothes because of
the limited styles of tops and pants that some stores offer. Also, the market demands to
have stylish yet affordable clothing that have varying designs.
c. Who will get interested in this product?
Teenagers and adults either men or women in plus size will be interested in this
product.
d. Who is buying the product?
Teenagers and adults either men or women in plus size will be buying the product.
e. How, where and why are they buying those goods or services?
Embrasse will have a physical store and will be launching online for customers to be
updated. Customers in plus size have a difficulty in finding clothes that suit their size and
style. They are forced to buy what is presented instead of having the choice to buy what is
trendy or according to their individual style. Embrasse will have fashionable yet affordable
goods with fresh and trendy designs that appeal to the taste of its customers.
2. To which industry does the chosen business belong? Justify.
Embrasse belongs to the clothing industry. This industry tries to capture the market
through various designs which is targeted at meeting the taste and preference of
consumers.
3. Who are the competitors (whether direct or indirect) in this industry?
a. Forever 21
When it comes to diversity in clothes, Forever 21 comes to mind. They have a different
section for each style you can think of. When it comes to their plus size range, they do not
disappoint. Forever 21+ also carries different styles of clothing from casual T-shirts to more
dressy playsuits. One section that definitely stands out is their active wear. They have
leggings with mesh details and sports bras with lace up details. Their selling prices range
from Php 350.00 to Php 2,100.00.

your business concept?
a. Plus size market is one part of the clothing industry that is blossoming, and
movements such as body positivity have accelerated and further highlighted the
need for brands to cater to this customer profile. The body positivity movement
has put the spotlight on the challenges plus size women have faced in finding
good fitting and stylish apparel, and the fact that they are in the majority. Brands
who ignore this fact, do so at their own peril. Not only are they missing
significant financial opportunity, they are alienating the majority of women who
could be potential customers. Brands can capitalize on this by moving as quickly
as possible to ensure they create product for this market and making sure they
deliver on the promise of quality fit and style selection. A person’s size, shape or
anything else about them that may be different from the stereotypical norm for
that matter, should not be an obstacle to them in any way in looking and feeling
their best.

other brands but somehow they are still limited. Embrasse aims to maintain high
quality products and conduct further improvements to ensure the satisfaction
and loyalty of their customers. Embrasse can be superior to their competitors by

Products will be at reasonable prices and will cut off unnecessary expenses while
maintaining the quality of goods. Embrasse not just aims to satisfy the body but
also the soul of its customers. Everyone should know that their size is not a
hindrance in wearing the clothes that they want and what makes them
comfortable. It is the goal of the company to ensure that everyone is dressed
with what they want and in what they most feel proud of.

our business concept by gathering our thoughts and information about the
business and install a strong foundation on how to make the business flow
properly. Plus Sizes is seldom hard to be found since few markets are only
selling. Body shaming is one of the problems why people with plus size loose
their confidence in dressing up for them to feel accepted. Because we believe
that this is the era of body positivity really about empowering each and everyone
to love their bodies and to love who they are today. boosting one’s confidence in
a way of dressing up.

d. Creating a business must have different consideration & factors on what are the
needs & wants of today's generation in which our business can be producing of
what the market is lack of. Data gatherings can be one of the instruments we
used to formulate a plan on what product we will offer. Through the instrument
we used we can know that the product they want must be our priority, because
without those people our business will go nothing. Deciding to enter in a fashion
industry and sell a clothes and other garments specialized on plus size people
that are in need.
