We have received a query for HVLS fans for which we need to submit the details as attached. (the attached details have
been submitted by Nutech and EcoAir)

We need following details based on the attached drawings asap to tackle consultants who are asking for similar kind of
data/drawings to proceed further:

Drawing -1 : specifically for 12 Feet fan

1) Addition support (via an extended rod) of 1200mm as per first drawing ( on case to case this support length
may vary. Our competition is including the cost of this additional support in their final pricing). At this moment
need this detail for 12 Feet Fan.
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
2) Construction of blade assembly- Whether Sandwich or Normal fitments at motor ends
FITMENT AT MOTOR ENDS
3) GA Drawings of our all sizes fans ( General Arrangement)

4) Torque to be mentioned. As of this moment 293NM to 363 NM Torque Motors are offered by our competition

5) Colour of Blades shall be made available in all shades. Especially Silver Colour is preferred
COLOR SHADES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
6) VFD Control Panel Size & length of cable to fan from control panel
VFD OF L & T MAKE. CABLE LENGTH AS PER REQUIREMENT
7) Temperature sensors in control panels are offered or not

We need to give Chart stating detailing as below ( relationship of FAN DIA Vs Area Coverage Vs Distance covered
w.r.t ceiling / fixing height)

a) Area Coverage Vs Height( In Feet)

b) Fan Diameter
c) Distance covered with respect to Height ( In feet)
d) Elevation Plan is also provided in the drawing
e) Point no’s 2 to 7 mentioned above are applicable for all sizes fans & data is required for entire fan family.
f) Our special features of Fan bade assemblies, so that fan blades remains straight ( Horizontal in the same plane)
after its installation & use year on year.
