DEMAND LETTER

Dear Ms. ______,

I am writing this letter on behalf of__________________ to officially notify your office that
my client is demanding the installation of three (3) units of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP)
water tanks at Yello Hotel located at _____________ Per Notice to Proceed No. GSP-Cebu-
2019-004-YH dated January 11, 2019.

Your company committed to hand-over the finished work on March 3, 2019. However, you
have not finished installing the FRP water tanks despite the fact that time is of the essence
for the installation of these works as indicated in the Contract for Services. As of this date of
writing this demand letter, your Company has already incurred significant total DELAY of
seventy nine (79) days of delay.

If you will not comply with your contractual obligation within ten (10) days from receipt of this
letter, you will be considered in breach of the Contract for Services. At that point, my client
will be left with no choice and will take legal action against your company on top of other
remedies it might bring against your company.
