Inspection Officer’s Remarks :

1.M/s. Nap Recycling India Pvt. Ltd. (Fomerly M/s. Nap Recycling) is
located at Sy.No.3, Kethireddypally Village, Balanagar Mandal,
Mahaboobnagar District and involved in E-waste (Collection &
Dismantling)
2.The industry name changed from M/s. Nap Recycling to M/s. Nap
Recycling India Pvt. Ltd. The industry has submitted certificate of
incorporation from Ministry of Corporate of Affair, GOI.
3.The industry has obtained CFE of the Board vide order dated 29.11.2014 e-
waste (Collection and Dismantling) – 7.2 TPD.
4.Later, the industry has obtained CFO of the Board vide order dated
24.09.2016 for e-waste (Collection and Dismantling) – 3 TPD which is valid
upto 31.05.2017.
5.Now, the industry has applied for renewal of for e-waste (Collection and
Dismantling) – 7.2 TPD as per CFE. The representative of the industry is
requesting CFO renewal as per CFE Order capacity.
6.The industry has obtained Registration certificate cum passbook for
refining, recycling of hazardous waste which is valid upto 31.05.2017 for
collection & dismantling of e-waste – 3 Tons/day.
7.The industry has applied for Authorization under E-Waste Rules and report
is being forwarded to Head Office.
8.The brief description of the process:

destruction Shredding & Separation / Sorting Steel and Non-Ferrous Metals

9.During inspection, the facility is not doing any activity. The industry has
stored used refrigerators, computers within the premises under a closed shed,
10.The industry has provided a dismantling table with suction hoods
connected to the dust collector and shredder for performing dismantling of e-
waste.
