FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE(S)
SWAT:
- Give locations using prepositions of place
- Practice giving locations using prepositions of place
- Learn vocabulary for talking about things ppl hate to do
- See simple past statements and regular verbs in context
Presentation .
(40 min) after the ss have made the last didactic as in the class before,
now they will move to start solving point a from page 98 of the book, the
each one will describe how everything is placed in the image.
- (30min) ss will have time to prepare a script, which means they’ll have
to act using all the vocabulary and grammar that is been seen
- (30 min) the students will have to prepare a drama using the vocabulary
and grammar explained in class.
(30 min) ss will be listening to an audio where ppl are talking about
things they hate doing, after so, ss will discuss about them, and will
mention some others from their perspectives, and besides of that will
be put into contrast the ones that they love to do.
Practice
(40min) ss will listen to a conversation along they read the script
intention is they are able to identify verbs that are in their simple past
form, when they have done so, teacher will explain this grammar.
(30 min) auxiliary form in past will be shown, and in this occasion they
will talk about things they have not done on the week, using the
corresponding grammar is being seen..
(30 min) ss will solve an activity from page 93, this will be done in
couples so they can compare and discuss their answers
Production
- (40min) a video where is explained when and how to pronounce ed in
accordance to its rules will be shown, after so, ss will do the same
exercises recommended in the vid, in order to improve and indentify
whether or not to pronounce ed
CLASS ASSESSMENT
- ( ) Through what the Tch will see in class about each S: use of vocabulary, grammar
and pronunciation.
HOMEWORK
Ss will be recommend to study and keep practicing at home, since next class they will
have their progress quiz.
