ACTIVITIES AND CLASS’ DEVELOPMENT


PROCEDURE DETAILS
Diagnostic
- (50min) the teacher will start by making random questions using simple
present tense, after so the topic will be related with simple present
statements. After so will be introduce the grammar for making it
interrogative
- On the board there will a list of possible wh questions that can be used

Presentation .
- (10min) Activity 2. Students will listen to a short conversation of ppl
talking about sports and games, then they’llhave to identify the sports
mentioned and will match them up with images that will be shown.

- (20min) an audio will be played 3 times, and ss will be checking


the correpondng answers, after so, they will have to try to repeat
exactly what is being said.

- (30 min) the students will have to solve a worksheet that corresponds
to the book unit that is being seen, this as a way of performance
checking.

(40 min) will be played headbands, where ss will guess the words there
are on their headband from clues their classmates will give to their
questions. Wh questions in simple present are required to be used.

Practice
(30min) to start with unit 11 ill be taught and shown the prdinal
numbers, an audio where they’re being pronounced will be played so
they repeat along it. After s will be asked to give some important dates
for them. In that way will be practiced the topic and the months of the
year

(30 min) a game will be played, and consist on creating a list of plansfor
the week, so for this, the teacher will write going to on the board, and
the rules are to form sentences with this after verbs to be, so every ss
will use this future form.
Production
- (30min) in this occasion ss will be able express their thught abput when
and how to use going to, then will be played an audio where ppl is using
this grammar, and again ss will give their arguments about going to and
the conversation listened, at the end the teacher will quickly explain
going to again to make sure this is well understood.

- 40 min in this occasion every ss will write on their notebooks the plans
they have, and then they will be shared. A small debate about what
plans are better will be done.

CLASS ASSESSMENT

- ( ) Through what the Tch will see in class about each S: use of vocabulary, grammar
and pronunciation.

HOMEWORK

Ss will be recommend to study and keep practicing at home, since next class they will
have their progress quiz.
