The sad truth

We were certainly not like Rambo

Me and my friend were walking one day and we decided to go to a forest to chill
out. The thing we didn’t know about the forest that it had land mines in it, but
eventually when we got deep into the forest we found a sign with a warning
about mines. He and I had no idea what should do, so by accident in the middle of
the night I spotted a mine. I told my friend let’s get distend and throw rocks at it
because we cool enough to survive the explosion. He was like, “Yeah cool, let’s do
it right here, right now.” I was searching for a rock to throw at the mine but I
heard my friend yelling that he found one. It was a very huge rock, so while he
carried it to me I was just carving something into a tree which was going to
disappear in about five to ten minutes. He said to me, “What are you doing are
you insane please help me with this rock.” I answered, “Nah, you got it.”

He carried the rock for like five minutes till he got to a safe throwing distance
from the mine. I threw the rock like I was Rambo, then started running like a
coward with my friend who was screaming like a five-year-old girl. The mine
blew everything up to bits except me and my amigo. We were saying to the forest
arrivederci, after the explosion we stood up like the two men (little girls) we are.
We went home with third degree burns, and poured alcohol on it. We screamed
we yelled, we cried. The very next morning we were fine.
