The use of English in logistics processes is of utmost importance, since Many of the terms used are
in this language, which is why they should be generate skills of understanding the business world in
that language

Improvement plan
The improvements proposed for the processes that have shortcomings are based on technological,
human and resource improvements that must be sought with promptness and good prices. The
improvement plan for one of the processes that affect the management indicators will be explained.

Improvement
One of the improvement plans focuses on reducing the faults of imported products since this
generates a very high cost in money, the impact is focused on two sides. The first part is directed
towards the invoice of the supplier since the units sent from the origin arrive in bad conditions. The
second part is affected in the disposition of products by the company since it would not have
enough stock to sell to customers.

The improvement focuses on dialogue with the supplier so that the products have a better packaging
and come safe in maritime transport containers, thereby ensuring more products available and the
supplier does not suffer adjustments in the invoice.

Those in charge of communicating with suppliers is the purchasing area, since they directly have
the contact and the use of the language for a fluid communication, this facilitates the requirements
that the provider is wished to do to improve the costs of the breakdowns.

The money that will be invested in the packaging of the products will be reflected in the supplier's
invoices, since the product will go up in price a little more in order to avoid breakages of the
products on the way. The constant communication with one of the actors in the supply chain is
fundamental. The improvement of the process is reflected in the management indicators that are
measured quarterly and where the improvement over the course of time is evaluated.
