Introduction & Company History

Praxis Completion Technology is an

established, independent oilfield engineering
and design services company incorporated
in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United
Arab Emirates since 2012, where the head
office and main manufacturing centre is
located. Praxis has further offices in Europe,
(Aberdeen, UK) to service the North Sea and
Europe and in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) to
support our Far East and Australasia
business

What the Company Does

Praxis provides specialist expertise in the
design, development, manufacture and
installation of completion equipment and
systems with a focus on providing tailored
solutions to the Artificial Lift arena.

Praxis unique in-depth knowledge of both the Completions and Artificial Lift industry segments along
with our close working relationships with suppliers whose equipment interfaces with ours means we
are able to provide complete systems to clients that are fully tested and integrate straight into the
completion.

Praxis fully supports clients in the field where equipment is being used. We always have a
representative at the client’s location ensuring the safe implementation of our equipment through
support and training.

Praxis also provides completion services and support to many clients throughout the world on well site
locations or based in the client’s office.

Quality Health & Safety Policy & Objectives

Praxis is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company and

operates in accordance with APIQ1, a fully compliant
quality and HSE management system. In addition, we
have the API 11D1/ISO/14310:2008, for the certified
provision of Petroleum and natural gas industries—
Downhole equipment—Packers and Bridge Plugs.

Our core policy is to be in compliance and proactively

Executive Management

Management Structure
Our carefully selected, highly skilled management team has over 100 years of combined experience
in senior positions in Well Engineering, Drilling and Completion and Artificial Lift both on the service
and operator side of the business which allows us the unique ability of being able to fully
understand/comprehend and implement business strategy in the market. Understanding the key
operational drivers of our clients in terms of reliability, down time, lost/deferred production and quality
has stimulated our growth towards “Best in Class” for the business that we manage.
