2020 JCI Philippines

100% Efficiency Program

Overview
The 2020 JCI Philippines 100% Efficiency Program sets minimum standard on every Local Orga-
nization (LO). To encourage LOs to follow this policy, point to percentage will be awarded to those
who will abide with the set standards. The program is divided into Five (5) categories. Each is
equivalent to 20% efficiency. Achieving all categories will demonstrate a chapter’s efficiency during
its administrative year. LO’s should aim for a 100%, ensuring a balance of activities in all areas of
opportunities provided by JCI.

Objectives
The objectives of JCI Philippines’ 100% Efficiency Program is (1) to recognize Local Organizations
(LOs) or chapters who have implemented the standard administrative requirements prescribed by
JCI Philippines and; (2) to encourage LOs to follow deadlines and parameters in Implementing JCI
Philippines’ National Programs.

Rewards
Platinum Efficiency Award will be given to those LO who achieved 100% Efficiency
Gold Efficiency Award will be given those LO who achieved 85% to 99% Efficiency
Silver Efficiency Award will be given those LO’s who achieved 80% to 84% Efficiency
Bronze Efficiency Award will be given those LO’s who achieved 75% to 79% Efficiency

With a combined minimum score of 100 points from all categories, LO Presidents will be awarded with
a Hammer & Gavel during the General Assembly (2020 National Convention in Tacloban City).
