Learning Objectives:
 To gain an insight of one’s own as that of others personality (PLO-3b)
 To acquaint the students with basic understanding of Human Behaviour in the
organization and issues related to the various facets of one’s personality with respect to
their job profiles. (PLO-1b & 3b)
 To learn the strategic role of HRM in making a learning organization, adaptable to changes
with conducive and diverse culture and a best place to work (PLO-1a, 1b & 1c)
 To learn the HR dynamics of contemporary organizations in a changing environment.
(PLO-1a, 1b & 1c).
Learning Outcomes:
 Learners will be equipped with skills to analyze their personality which would impact
their personal and professional lives
 Giving insights to learners on how people are important dimensions of an organization
which would lead to organizational effectiveness
 The learner will understand the strategic role of HRM in an organization.
