Today’s topic is : problems affecting our city.

One of them is: Informal business, we know that people in Huancayo manage
small business such as groceries and they have small areas in a local market, but
when it becomes as a problem, well there are many reasons.
One of them is: when they don’t want to pay a rent for an area to sell their products
Another is: when they don’t want to pay taxes
One way to solve this problem is by putting them in an association and move on
another where is organized and clean, after that they can subscribe in Sunat and
start to pay taxes.
Simply put, informal entrepreneurs have tremendous potential, but in order for
them to realize that potential they must be allowed to make the shift into the
modern market economy. This will give the same opportunities to all entrepreneurs
and create higher-quality new jobs.
The other problem that we have in Huancayo is the Accelerated growth of the
automotive fleet and high vehicular traffic, In modern life we have to face with
many problems one of which is traffic congestion becoming more serious day after
day. The major cause leading to traffic congestion is the high number of vehicle
which was caused by the population and the development of economy. To solve
this problem, the government should encourage people to use public transport or
vehicles with small size such as bicycles or make tax on private vehicles

The third problem is pollution, and we have different types of pollution. For
example there is a high emition of toxic gases generated by cars , as my friend
mentioned there is an Accelerated growth of the automotive fleet and affecting our
health too .
A way to solve this problem is by reducing the number of cars and instead of that
we can use bicycles
The other type of pollution is the Inadequate management of solid waste, we can
see that people just throw their garbage on the street or on the river and its
because there aren’t enough trash cans or that the authorities leave aside this
issue.
A way to solve this problem is by prohibiting littering so residents can be punished
by a fine.
And the last is the High environmental contamination by sewage, it’s because there
isn’t a financial support to generate new technologies that can regulate this
problem.
Let´s move on to the last problem that is violence, recently we have seen or heard
that a lot of women are being murdered or battered by men also a lot of children
are disappearing and that had sad endings because they were found dead. And its
happening almost every day so the percentage of violence in huancayo is very
high .so I think the principal way to solve this problem is that we should enforce
people to report or denunciate any kind of violence
