Blotter of Tagbilaran City Police Station, Bohol, Philippines per Blotter Entry No. 10369
page 221 dated January 3, 2020 Time 8:30 A.M. quoted as follows;

GRAVE THREAT/PHYSICAL INJURY:

PLACE OF INCIDENT: Lindaville Subdivision Phase 2, San Isidro District,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol
TIME AND DATE OF INCIDENT: More or less 8:00 a.m. of January 3, 2020
VICTIM/COMPLAINANT: Tisha Allyssa G. Tama, of legal age, single and a
resident of Block 14 Lot 8, Rosas Street, Lindaville Subdivision Phase 2, San Isidro
District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol
SUSPECT: Mae A. Trabajo, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Block
69 Lot 1, Calachuchi Street, Lindaville Subdivision Phase 2, San Isidro District,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol
FACTS OF INCIDENT: The victim personally appeared before this station and
reported that on the abovementioned place, time and date, she and her fiancé Elijosh G.
Asis had an altercation with one (1) Mae A. Trabajo for having parked her car outside of
victim’s garage causing difficulty to pass through. That a commotion erupted causing MAE
TRABAJO to threaten them saying “AYAW MO PAG HINILAS KAY MAS DUGAY PA KO
NAKAPUYO NINYO DIRI. AYAW KOG BIKLA KAY DAGHAN KO OG KAILA NGA PWEDE RA
BAYRAN PARA MOPATAY OG TAO” and forcefully pushed the victim causing her to fall on
the ground focusing the impact on the left portion of the body. The victim intends to go
to the provincial hospital for medical examination for injuries. The victim manifested that
the suspect is a former barangay kagawad of San Isidro District and claims to have certain
connections that she fears would be able to cause harm to the victim and her family.
Hence, she (the victim) wants to put on record that if anything happens to her and her
family, the suspect would be responsible.
