MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The Junior High School, G-8 Isaac Newton Parent’s meeting was
conducted last August 30, 2019 in the afternoon. It started at 3:00 pm until 4:00
pm at Room 402, Main Building and was led by Ms. Kamil B. Collarga, the
adviser.

The agenda of the meeting were follows:

1. Releasing of Cards
 Not hundred percent parents of G-8 were able to attend the meeting
due to conflict of schedule from work but despite of that the meeting
were done accordingly.
2. List of honors
 As the 1st Quarter ends, 3 out of 51 students from grade-8 students
attained a high grades with ranked of “WITH HONORS” as excerpt
from the DepEd Order No. 36, s. 2016, Policy Guidelines On Awards
And Recognition For The K To 12 Basic Education Program. The
following students with it’s average and rank are follows:

3. Sportsfest/17th Founding Anniversary

 Every year, SBCI are celebrating Sports festival and it’s Founding
Anniversary to commemorate the significance and progress of the
school. The K-10 sports festival is scheduled on October 16-18,
2019.
 The contribution for the sportsfest is amounting of P445.00/student
to be paid at cashier. The inclusion of the payments are the
following:
 Team T-shirts
 Registration Fee
 Awards
 Certificates
 Judges/committees (tokens & Snacks)
 Team budget
 Logistics
