He has not completed the w ork. The w ork has not be e n completed by him.
Has he completed the w ork? Has the w ork be e n completed by him.
She has w ritten f ive poems. Five poems have be e n w ritten by her.
I have made some cakes. Some cakes have be e n made by me.

Note : The sentences of f ollow ing tenses can’t be changed to Passive Voices.
