SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

the parcel of land and improvements, registered and owned by our deceased

2. To transact with Bureau of Internal Revenue Office (B.I.R) and other government
and private offices in relation to the settlement of capital gain tax, document
stamp taxes, transfer registration and other fees related to above mentioned
property.

3. To process and claim the updated tax declaration and tax clearance of the
aforementioned property with the City Assessor’s Office of Caloocan City.

4. To process the Transfer of Ownership in Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s office and

any government and private offices.

5. To acquire and process any documents in my behalf pertaining to the

aforementioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact or her substitute full
power and authority to do and perform every lawful act and thing whatsoever requisite
or necessary or proper to be done in the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
we ought or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
