The following rules and regulations are established by the Administrator for the benefit and security of
the property owners and their tenants and guests.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

a. All house owners or their tenants are required to pay monthly dues of P 3,000.00 per family and
for lot owners (without house) are required to pay monthly dues of P 1,000.00 on or before the
1st day of the relevant month.
b. All Drivers, House helpers, Construction workers and other individuals (“workers”) of similar
standing are required to secure Identification Cards from Ysa Aquino, the administrator. A
nominal fee will be charged and submission of biodata with picture that would ensure the safety
of Homeowners.
c. All Drivers, House helpers, Construction workers and other individuals (“workers”) are required
to wear their identification cards upon entering the compound premises. Workers without
identification cards shall not be allowed to enter the compound premises except when the
homeowner or lot owner will advise the security guard to let them enter the compound. The
Association imposes curfew for all workers, they must be inside the premises on or before 10:00
pm. If they want to go out after 10:00 pm they must ask for the approval of the homeowner.
d. All Drivers, House helpers, Construction workers and other individuals (“workers”) are required
to remove their caps, hoods, bonnets upon entering the pedestrian gate for security purposes
and allow the guard to check their bags upon entering and leaving the compound.
e. Non-resident pedestrians (“non-resident or visitors”) will be asked where they will go and wait for
the homeowner’s approval to enter the premises. Also, when entering the compound, they shall
be required to register and log-in in the Security Logbook upon entering.
f. All residents of the compound including lessees/renters are required to secure and pay for the
annual car stickers for their vehicle/s, including motorcycles used, driven, parked or otherwise
entering the subdivision. Sticker should be permanently placed on the bottom right part of the
windshield. Car stickers shall be renewable yearly. The account must be up to date before securing
a sticker (For every resident you are given two (2) free vehicle stickers and P 100.00 for every
additional sticker) No Sticker. No Entry.
g. Drivers of vehicles desiring to enter the compound premises without vehicle stickers shall be
required to surrender a valid government issued identification document with picture, preferably
his/her driver’s license, before he/she will be allowed to enter.
h. The Association strictly adheres to the one-sticker-one-car policy.
