PICTORIAL NARRATIVE REPORT ON ORIENTATION AND ENROLMENT

In observance of the annual students’ orientation and enrollment for the

upcoming opening of classes in June 5, 2017, San Guillermo National High School
(SGNHS) in the supervision of Mrs. Roquita S. Suyod, along with all the teachers,
adhere to the simultaneous conduct of the said important undertakings.

Programs and committees were set and designated at once before the summer
break that made the activities well conducted and gave each member a sense of
responsibility.

The program for orientation and enrolment was scheduled on May 22 up to May
26. During the first day, the students from the incoming grade seven and grade eight
were catered. Those that are to enroll were required to accomplish slip in evidence that
they have shared in the beautification and restructuring of the school rooms and
premises through Brigada Eskwela which happened a week before the orientation, that
they have attended and been informed of the School Rules and Regulation and other
students accountabilities and obligation through Orientation. The Orientation tackled the
Accomplishment Report of the school on the previous years, Parents Teachers
Association Concerns like financial status of the school accumulated from the shares,
its projects and other issues that needed clarifications, as well as the disciplinary
guidelines for students. Moreover, the grade 7 enrollees were required to undergo
reading tests in English and Filipino before they got actually enrolled. Form 138 and
Birth Certificate were also collected from the enrollees .

While during the second day, the grade nine and grade ten were accommodated.
Balik-aral, repeater and transferees on the third day have been served whereas late
enrollees took their chance on the following days. Similar procedures and requisites
were required to them.

The school still accepted enrollees in the next days before June 5 yet the
collected number of enrollees revealed a lower population as compared to previous
enrolment. The increase is still deemed possible before the closing of enrolment due to
a number of unreleased Form 138.

 In accordance to the Synchronized Programs, Projects and Activities of
Department of Education Division of Rizal, all public secondary schools from different
municipalities/districts shall conduct an elimination round for Dramatic-Choric Speaking
Contest to select representative in the Division Level.
Last October 17, Morong National High School (MNHS), San Guillermo National
High School (SGNHS) and Lagundi-CCL National High School actively participated in
the said contest.
MNHS hosted the undertaking with Mr. Eugene Rey Santos as the Master of the
Ceremony. The match was given sound and fair judgement through judges namely: Mr.
Paul Ian Robles, Mrs. Cecille Robles and Ms. Leslie H. Maglalang, from Antipolo
division.
