04 ADR IN RMLNLU
The vibrant ADR Board of RMLNLU, working
under the aegis of Legal Aid Committee of the
university, is a solely student body responsible
for organizing inter and intra - varsity ADR
competitions. RMLNLU National Mediation
Competition 2020 is the sixth edition, since
2012, that will be successfully organised by the
ADR Board, entailing participation from various
law schools of India. The student fraternity of
RMLNLU actively participates in CLINEME, the
intra-university ADR tournament responsible for
sending competitive teams from the university to
various national mediation, negotiation and
client counseling competitions in an academic
year.

VI RMLNLU NATIONAL
MEDIATION COMPETITION
The Legal Aid Committee aspires to further its
commitment of promoting ADR mechanisms
by raising the bar higher for the V edition of the
RMLNLU National Mediation Competition 2019.
The Competition garnered a quality participation
of 32 teams from various law schools across the
nation. We have continued our collaboration with
PACT as the Chief Advisory Organisation for the
current edition. In addition to this, this year, the
orientation session will be taken by decorated
experts in the field of ADR, separately for
negotiators and mediators. The objective is to
widen the scope of the competition, by not
letting it confined to the title of Mediation, but
also other segments of ADR as well.

The participants qualifying for the following titles
shall be felicitated with trophies and cash prizes
worth INR 50,000 -
Best Mediator - INR 15,000
Best Negotiator - INR 15,000
Runner-up Mediator - INR 7,500
Runner-up Negotiator - INR 7,500
Best Team - INR 5,000
The semi-finalists shall be enriched with resources
in the field of ADR.
