A, CO1 12. a) ii. Calculate the gain, input resistance, output resistance and
bandwidth of the circuit given. Assume that the open loop
gain (AOL) of the op-amp is 2×105, Ro=75 Ω and Unity Gain
Bandwidth is 1 MHz.

A, CO1 12. b) i. Sketch the high frequency equivalent of an op-amp and
analyze its frequency response characteristics. (8 Marks)
A, CO1 12. b) ii. A differential amplifier is shown in figure. Assume
Rc=5 MΩ, RE=2.5 MΩ, β=100, ICQ=5 mA, VT=26 mV,
VBE(ON)=0.7 V and VCE(sat)=0.1 V. Calculate CMRR, common
mode gain and differential mode gain.
