COMPANY PROFILE:

We are a Heavy Engineering Unit engaged in manufacture of pressure vessels, heat


exchangers, autoclaves, fermenters, distillation columns, technological structures etc. for
various process industries such as Chemical, Biochemical, Fertilizer, Petro-Chemical,
Dairy, Brewery and Food Processing.

Following are the details about our organization:

Year of Incorporation – 1980:

• Location of Shop:

Manufacturing unit is located at MIDC Shiroli, Kolhapur, Maharashtra State on the Pune
– Bangalore highway. Kolhapur city has a long tradition of engineering business, thereby
we enjoy advantages in respect of infrastructure facilities, skilled manpower etc.

• Land And Building:

PLOT AREA : 12641 SQ.M.

FACTORY SHED : 1872 SQ.M. (+ 1000 SQ.M. Under Expansion)

BUILDINGS : 400 SQ.M.

• Manufacturing Facilities:

Keeping in mind the manufacture of sophisticated process plant equipments,


manufacturing facilities best suited for the purpose are provided, including following:

1. Initial Pinch Type Plate Bending Machine – 32mm x 2500mm equipped with special
section bending attachments.

2. All types of Welding facilities including TIG welding machines, MIG welding
machines, Submerged arc welding machine, Arc welding generators / rectifiers.

3. Cutting and grinding facilities such as Plasma Cutting, Oxy-Acetylene cutting, PUG
cutting machines, Profile cutting machine, electrical and pneumatic grinding, cutting
and chipping machines.

4. Radial Drilling Machine HMT model RM65.

Various instruments are provided to check and test the accuracy of the product at various
stages of fabrication.

2. Pressure Tests:

Pressure gauges of various ranges as per the required test pressures.

3. Surface Finish Measurement:

Ra value meter to accurately measure the Surface Finish of SS plates.

4. Calibration:

All the instruments are duly calibrated at predetermined intervals to ensure that their
accuracy is maintained. A detailed calibration report for all the instruments is prepared to
ensure their timely calibration. Calibration is done in reputed laboratories.

5. NDT Facilities:

We have facilities for conducting NDT’s like:


1) Pneumatic Pressure Test for pressure’s upto 7 kg/cm².
2) Hydro tests upto 70 Kg/cm².
3) Penetrant Testing kit
4) Arrangements for Radiography, Magnectic particle, Ultrasonic Testing etc… are
made as per requirement.

We have four engineers qualified ASNT NDT Level II in PT, MT, UT & RT.
Nearly than ten of our employees are qualified ASNT NDT Level I in PT.

SHOP CAPABILITY & APPROVALS

CAPABILITY:

1) We have executed jobs from diameters as small as a few hundred mm to more than
five thousand mm, with job weights varying from a few hundred Kgs to One Lakh Forty
Thousand Kgs.

2) Experience in field of Fabrication of nearly 30 years.

3) Experience of working with major multinational companies like Alfa Laval India Ltd,
GEA Process Engineering India Ltd, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd etc…

4) Experience of executing orders under almost all the Major Third Party Inspection
Agencies like EIL, PDIL, BV, TUV, Lloyds, Chempro, NDDB and many others.

5) Experience of working with various grades of stainless and carbon steel materials.

6) Experience and qualified welders with number of WPS in various grades of carbon and
stainless steels reviewed and approved by various third party inspection agencies under
the ASME Codes. We have WPS qualified for temperatures upto -196°C (-258°C) for
cryogenic equipments. WPS for various welding processes like TIG / SMAW / MIG /
FCAW are available for review.

7) Well trained manpower with engineers qualified ASMT NDT Level II in PT, RT, UT
& MT and a number of workers qualified ASNT NDT Level I in PT.

APPROVALS:

1) We have been recognized as approved manufacturer of unfired pressure vessels by


CCOE under Ref. No. PV (M) 122 DT. 06.06.2006, a copy of the approval is enclosed
for your reference and records.

2) Approved as Vendors for Manufacture of Cryogenic Equipments by Indian Oil


Corporation Ltd. (Cryogenic Division) for manufacture of Cryogenic Vessels.

3) Certified and registered by National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC) under
government of India’s Store Purchase Program for Purchase of Pressure Vessels, Heat
Exchangers, Distillation Columns etc…
