The RTI authored by applicant dated 23/11/2019 addressed to respondent no.1 ,
pertaining to an incomplete information( as supplied to me) of respondent no.2 was
transferred dated 20/12/2019 to office of respondent no.3 by respondent no.2; also
sought disclosre of policy of our Govt’s no discrimination in … corruption.

The SPIO , Mr. Samir Kumar Singh of respondent no.3 resorts to negative reply
dated 16.01.2020 reminding the applicant of the futility of citizen’s rights in a
state known as the most corrupt one in India, (as per survey of an NGO).

authoritarian attitude is reflected in reply not addressing the applicant as “dear

sir” or thank you anywhere (please peruse annexue E-3)

In the spirit of transparency in our public life I keep a reasonable expectation of

positive information instead of the apathy to frustrate the right of honest, law
abiding citizen’s. Thank You.

1. The applicant received the attached letter dated 15.11.2019 issued by Miss
Nalini Kathotiya SPIO –cum- add. secretary Home (appeal) to the Director
General, Anti Corruption Bureau,(DG,ACB) Jaipur.
The applicant seeks a certified copy of the attachment/annexure to the
communication, that is, the RTI of the applicant that has been transferred to the
DG, ACB.

2. Our Chief Minister has ,reportedly ,emphasized equality in the ACB

irrespective of the rank or power enjoyed by trapped officials as per
media report published in the newspaper of 21/11/2019. The applicant
seeks official record in the matter of policy of our Govt’s no discrimination
in the matter of corruption.
