SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW TO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANTONINA S. LEYSON ,of legal age, married, Filipino and

presently residing at Brgy. Balala, Culion, Palawan, have made, constituted
and appointed and BY THESE PRESENTS do make, constitute and
appoint my daughter in law, RUSHELLE STA. MARIA LEYSON, also of
legal age, married, Filipino and with residence address at Brgy. Balala,
Culion, Palawan, to be my representative and Attorney-in-Fact, for me and
in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following:

1. To represent me in all my business dealings with The Generics

Pharmacy (“TGP”) located at 127 Brgy. Libis, Culion, Palawan;

2. To transact, apply, process and receive all the required permits

and clearances i.e. mayor’s/business permit, barangay
clearance/permit, Department of Health permit, Food and Drugs
permit and other mandated permits/clearance including its
renewal necessary for the continuance of the business life of
TGP;

3. To pay the needed dues, charges or fees necessary for the

issuance of the above mentioned permits;

4. To receive the bank checks from the government through Land

Bank of the Philippines;

5. To execute, sign, and deliver any instrument, document, receipt

or paper of whatever nature that maybe required in the premises
or necessarily connected therewith.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-

Fact full power and authority to do all acts and things necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or
could do if personally present, with all power of substitution and revocation,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents.
