Manufacturing Notes

The SN Housing accepts Ball or Spherical Roller Bearings. Typical suffix to the bearing part number is
C3W33 where C3 is the internal clearance and W33 indicates a lube groove on the bearing Outer
Diameter K indicates taper bore bearing. For example specify 22220KC3W33.

Product Line Description

The SN Housing will accept the self-aligning ball or spherical roller bearing with adapter sleeves. The SN is designed according to DIN 736. Each size is supplied
with standard felt seals and fixing rings. Double lip ZF seals are also stocked as an option. SN Housing are cast iron and SSN Housing are ductile. SSN blocks have
solid feet (no bolt holes) and allow base bolt holes to be drilled per request. Dimensions are the same as basic size. Specify SSN, size and bolt hole needs. Drawing
can be provided. Bearing and adapter sleeves sold separately.
