Accused Ajay Kumar Sharma and Sangeeta in person
represented by Sh. Jitender Singh, Adv.
Challan has been filed today. Accused Ajay Kumar Sharma and
Sangeeta are appeared in person in the court. Bail application on behalf of
the accused Ajay Kumar Sharma and Sangeeta moved. Notice given to
State. No reply filed. Heard. It was submitted that accused were admitted to
anticipatory bail by order dated 28.08.2019 passed by Mrs. Kumud Gugnani
and dated 28.11.2018 passed by Mrs. Kanchan Mahi, Ld. ASJ, Faridabad.
As investigation is complete, there is no need for further detention of
accused. Incarceration of accused will not serve any good purpose.
Hence, without commenting on the merits of case, bail applications of
accused Ajay Kumar Sharma and Sangeeta are allowed subject to
furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each with one surety each
in the like amount. Requisite bonds furnished, accepted and attested.
Accused be released in this case, if not required in any other case. Copy of
challan supplied to accused as envisaged under Section 207 Cr. P.C.
Argument heard on charge. On finding a prima facie case under Sections
498A, 406,323,354 and 506/34 IPC, accused have been charge-sheeted
accordingly to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. Now to
come up on 05.05.2020 for prosecution evidence and Pws at serial No. 1
to 3 be summoned for the date fixed.
