VII. Rationale:

The Athena Law Moot and Debate Society (ALMADS) of the College of Law of
Cagayan State University has continuously put the name of the institution in great
heights by bringing home recognition from both national and international moot
court competitions it participated in.

Needless to say, its members always exert so much effort, time, and resources in
their rigid preparation up to the competition proper with the end goal of
producing future lawyers whose edge is their experience in mooting. But alongside
this reality is the fact it always ventures into income-generating projects to finance
the budgetary requirements needed for every competition it endeavours to join.

This is the reason why the Athena Law Moot and Debate Society (ALMADS)
would like to conduct its first ever Bingo Bonanza and Garage Sale 2019 in the
hope of generating monetary resources which will help augment the outstanding
funds of the organization.

VIII. Activities

1. Planning Stage

The members of the ALMADS shall meet to discuss some of its plans
specifically income-generating projects to help the organization in future
national and international moot court competitions. Crafting of the project
proposals follows as well as the preparation of materials needed and
delegation of tasks. Promotional campaigns shall also be made by the
members especially in the social media.

2. Implementation Stage

Considering all the needed resources, the organization, through the focal
persons, shall come up with the following activities in this stage:

3. Post-Implementation Stage

After the activity, the members of the ALMADS shall meet as one to assess
and evaluate such and shall become the basis for the conduct of the same in
the future. Financial report shall also be prepared after the evaluation.

IX. Budgetary Requirements

For the Bingo Bonanza, interested participants may buy as many bingo cards
as they want for an amount of Php50.00 each and the buying of cards shall be
financed by the organization first subject to auditing rules. The items to be sold in
the garage sale, on the other hand, shall be voluntarily collected from law students
by the focal person.
